Whitsunday Waterfront Apartments - Cancellation policy
Should you cancel more than 14 days prior to your arrival a full
refund less an administration fee of $20.00 will be given. If you cancel
less than 14 days prior to your arrival a refund maybe given at the discretion
of the managers. Should you cancel less than 48 hours prior to your arrival
no refund can be given. If you fail to arrive with out notifying us then
the full accommodation amount must be paid.
